Sarajean Rudman is an integrative health educator, Ayurvedic practitioner, licensed dietitian nutritionist, and college professor with over 23 years of experience helping individuals transform their health and habits. She holds advanced degrees in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health, Health & Wellness Coaching, and Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine, and is completing her Doctor of Health Sciences with research on alcohol’s impact on breast cancer risk.
As an E-RYT 500 and Kripalu-certified yoga and Ayurvedic yoga teacher, as well as a NAMA recognized Ayurvedic Practitioner, Sarajean blends ancient wisdom with modern science to create practical, evidence-based approaches to well-being. She is the founder of The Replacement Project, a platform supporting people in replacing unhelpful habits—particularly around alcohol use—with choices aligned with vitality and purpose.
Sarajean is truly a dedicated educator and presenter, teaching at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Maharishi International University, and Notre Dame of Maryland University. She leads national retreats, workshops, and professional trainings both live and online. A contributing author, mother of two, runner, and nature advocate, she embodies a salutogenic approach, focusing on strengths, resilience, and thriving health
